Why there is no free tier
A free tier would mean showing you a fraction of your own report and holding the rest back. That is a strange thing to do with someone's health data, so we give you the whole product for a month instead and let it argue its own case.
Why Rs 500
It covers reading your reports, generating plans, and the cost of running the model behind the coach. It is roughly one restaurant meal a month, and less than most single blood panels.
What you are not paying for
- A diagnosis — Vitalign is wellness guidance and does not replace a doctor
- Supplements — we sell none, and earn nothing if you buy any
- Advice about medication — that is your doctor's territory, never ours
Common questions
Do I need a card to start?
No. The first month asks for nothing but an email and a password.
How do I cancel?
Don't pay. There is no subscription to unwind and nobody will call you. Access ends and your data stays intact in case you return.
What happens to my reports if I stop paying?
They stay. Nothing is deleted when access lapses — you keep your history, and you can delete it yourself at any time from your account.
Is there a yearly plan?
Not yet. Monthly only, so the product has to keep earning it.
Can I get a refund?
Write to support@vitalign.in within seven days of a charge and we will refund it, no explanation needed.
